The Investigation Office enforces Title IX law and Minnesota State Board Policies and System Procedures as it pertains to discrimination and sexual violence. The Office provides prevention education concerning discrimination and sexual violence.

Title IX
Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972
“No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
Pregnancy and Parenting Support
Parenting and pregnant students have rights under Title IX law. We have supports that may be implemented to assist students as they navigate parenthood.
